The combination of David Lynch and latter-day Billy Corgan should produce something weird enough to explode your eyeballs. But when DLF.TV , Lynch’s new transcendental meditation-promoting website (or, per the website , the “new Online TV Channel that celebrates consciousness, creativity and bliss”), went to visit Corgan in the studio, nothing unduly bizarre happened.

OCOEE, Florida — The oldest daughter of Billy Bob Thornton has been arrested and charged with child neglect in the death of a 1-year-old she was babysitting, according to celebrity website TMZ.com.
